Do I Need An Ariel Account To Check Out?
No, an account is not required to make online purchases. However, registering for an account is highly recommended to give you faster checkout, order history tracking, and insider product launch announcements.
How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
Your order will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. You’ll know when it ships because we’ll send you the tracking number   Expect your small parcel package to be delivered within 1-3 business days if you live on the West Coast and within 7 business days if you’re on the East Coast.    If you’re expecting a large or heavy package, the trucking carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment on a day and time that works for you. Please provide us with a valid and or alternate contact number to avoid delays with your order. 
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is ready for carrier pickup, we will send you an email with a link to the freight carrier’s website and the tracking number. Tracking numbers take 1-2 business days to update.

What Is Your Shipping Policy?
Small Package Shipments
Expect small packages by FedEx Ground or USPS between 1 and 7 business days in perfect weather conditions(not including the 48-36 hours of processing time.) We cannot expedite shipments at this time.

Oversized Shipments
Orders for large/heavy items ship via freight carrier. We offer free shipping on all retail orders within the contiguous United Sates. The estimated curbside delivery time frame is 2-10 business days in perfect weather conditions(not including the 48-36 hours of processing time.) The freight carrier or trucking company will contact you to set up an appointment date and time before delivery. There is a $150 redelivery fee for any missed appointments. Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items. 

Product Pick-up
To use Pick up, add products to your shopping cart and then select “Pick up at warehouse" at checkout. You will save $100-150 on orders over $900 with this shipping method. Please consider the size of your vehicle before choosing this option. As your order may be larger and heavier than expected due to packaging.

Package Inspection
Please spot inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment and note the damages on the delivery receipt. If there is concealed damage after accepting the shipment, please email us at customerservice@atlasusa.net with your order information and photos of your concern. 

Wrong item

Incomplete Delivery
If you need to report a missing item(s), customers with an Ariel Bath account can login and send an email to Customer Service. If you do not have an Ariel Bath account, please contact our Customer Service team directly at: customerservice@atlasusa.net or 800-509-5070

Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses and rural areas.
What Is Your Return Policy?
For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase. After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days. Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging. There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee. Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
After your return arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow 5 business days for the item to be processed. For refunds, please allow another 10 business days for your financial institution to credit your account.

When My Order Is Delivered, Will It Be Brought Inside My Home?
Oversized shipments usually ship by truck on a pallet and are normally delivered curbside delivery only. If a special delivery is needed, please contact our customer service team at 888-610-6612 so they can find out where your shipment is and what options you have.

Vanity Wood Types
Solid Wood:
Composition: Solid wood is made entirely from natural wood, with no engineered components. It comes directly from lumber and is not processed or layered like the other options.
Strength: Solid wood is the strongest and most durable of these materials, with natural beauty and character.
Uses: Solid wood is used for high-quality furniture, cabinetry, flooring, and other premium applications.
Finish: It can be sanded, stained, and finished to bring out its natural beauty.

Plywood:
Composition: Plywood is made by layering thin sheets of wood veneer with each layer oriented at right angles to the previous one and then bonding them with adhesive.
Strength: Plywood is strong, durable, and resistant to warping or twisting. It has good load-bearing capacity.
Layers: Plywood typically has multiple layers (plies), with an odd number of layers for stability.
Uses: It is used in a wide range of applications, including furniture, cabinetry, subflooring, and structural construction.
Finish: Depending on the grade and type, plywood can have a smooth, sanded surface or a textured finish.

MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard):
Composition: MDF is made from wood fibers, wax, and resin that are compressed and heated to create a dense, uniform sheet of material.
Density: MDF is denser than particleboard, with a smooth and consistent surface.
Strength: It is stronger and more stable than particleboard, making it suitable for applications that require a smooth finish and intricate details.
Finish: MDF has a smooth, paintable surface that is ideal for cabinetry, furniture, and molding.
Weight: It is heavier than particleboard but lighter than plywood.
Vanity Installation
Our vanity units may come pre-assembled or require some assembly, depending on the specific product. Assembly requirements will be indicated in the product description. We provide clear assembly instructions for products that require assembly.

No, we do not offer customization at the moment.
Vanity Base Cabinet Care
To care for and clean the vanity base cabinet, use a soft damp cloth to wipe off dirt and dust; follow with a dry cloth. Avoid any harsh cleaners, waxes, abrasive materials that will scratch or stick to the surface, as well as excessive moisture. Wipe off any spills or drips immediately to maintain the finish.
Quartz Care
The maintenance on your quartz product is very simple. It does not need to be sealed ever and can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Avoid using any harsh chemical cleaners on the countertop as well as sponges or brushes that are abrasive and could scratch the surface. Avoid direct contact with heat, this includes hair styling tools that are hot and exposed directly to the quartz.  To maintain the beauty of your counter-top, avoid excessive weight or force on the counter-top paying special attention to edges and seam locations. Although it is a tough surface, it is not indestructible to cracks, chips or pitting.
Marble Care
The marble stone vanity top is polished smooth and has an initial protective sealant applied. It is important to reseal your marble within the first year of purchase. Before applying the sealer, all areas need to be clean and dry. A high quality stone sealer will be available at your local hardware store. Follow manufacturer instructions on how to seal your marble properly.
Routine maintenance is recommended using water and soap to clean the marble top. As needed, use a stone spray cleaner or polish. Follow instructions found on the bottle or container. Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaners that contain bleach or vinegar on the marble surface. Do not use abrasive sponges or rough cleaning pads on the marble surface.
Liquid spills should be wiped up promptly to prevent staining. Some liquids with high acidic contents can etch the marble surface if left for any length of time. Common products that need to be wiped away promptly include: Rubbing Alcohol, Nail Polish Remover, Shaving Cream, Toothpaste, Perfume/ Cologne, Hair Color, Shampoo, Drain Cleaner, etc.
Marble is a fragile stone, do not stand on it or place excessive weight on the top. To prevent scratching, place protective pads on the bottom of heavy objects, pottery or any other object that could scratch the surface.

BATHTUBS PRODUCT
Bathtubs Care
It is recommended to wipe out the bathtub after each use to help prevent a buildup of soap or bath products. To care for your acrylic bathtub clean it regularly with a mild cleanser and a soft sponge or brush.    Avoid any harsh cleaners or chemicals on the acrylic finish and if exposed, rinse away immediately. Do not use any cleaner that is not safe for acrylic or plastic as stated on the container.   To maintain the shine on the acrylic, wax and polish the surface with car paint wax. This can buff out any minor scratches and restore a dull surface. Do not wax the areas where you would walk or stand as it will be slippery and can cause falls.

Warranty
Under our warranty, all items are free of manufacturing and mechanical defects and covered for 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts only, not the complete product, unless deemed necessary by our claims speacialist.

We do not provide installation services directly, but we can offer guidance and recommendations for qualified professionals in your area for your installation.

The Uniform Plumbing Code™ (UPC™) and Canadian Uniform Plumbing Code™ (cUPC™) are designated as the American and Canadian national standards, respectively. These codes are designed to provide consumers with safe and sanitary plumbing systems. Commercial construction projects, as well as many residential construction projects, normally require specified products to be certified. Most of our Ariel sinks, faucets and bathtubs are UPC/cUPC certified, facilitating their use in all types of projects.
